With the support of local agents One Dollar For Music, The Future Sounds Of Folk will be presented at the IT university in Bali. For the first time, I will have the opportunity to carry out the presentation/discussion format as originally proposed, without too much expectations, I hope at least to learn about the local Balinese mindset in 2010 about their impressions on the future and how it relates to their folk music.

The research and planning for The Future Sounds Of Folk project has also been running concurrent to all this, I have gotten in touch with many interesting people such as Mr Endo, he is a walking encyclopedia of Indonesian music and was involved in the process of the 20 disc Smithsonian Folkway release Music Of Indonesia.
